- Every station can work on discrete, not to intervenient together, capacity not to delay while maintain of machine.
- Every station can design on discrete with customer s demand. (1)molding mode: hot modal, cold modal, hot-cold modal. (2)molding plate: either one point(instep) curvature with R41 or R63.5 or two point. plate thickness with 20mm or 15mm or 10mm.(special dimension can order by customer). (3)actuate system: hydraulic or compressor.
- Electric system by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), easy to operate.
