- Toe cap pre-moulding before forming.

- Apply to any toe puff,best if use thermoplastic film.
- Steady claw and aiming light provide accurate moulding position.
- Pressing device of horizontal outer mould makes the toe cap moulded solid.
- Multi-optional released claw is suitable for different shoes.
- Ensure no wrinkle & pleat in the lining after moulding.
- High accuracy of the center shoe line to allow the toe last machine works easily and avoid the break of upper from the repeat of lasting process.
- After shoe last is pre-shaped,insole sewing can be adjusted more accurately so that shoe upper doesn t get off the center.
- Cooling vaporizer with patent and special fixing way of last make the change of mould easy and perfect moulding effect.
