- Toe cap moulding.
Characteristic
- Apply to any toe puff material,best if use thermoplastic film.
- Attached heat oven to increase output and short the heating time.
- After pre-moulding of toe cap, the shoe last insertion is more easier.
- After moulding, the upper and lining will be adhered tightly to ensure no wrinkle & pleat happened.
- The toe cap is pre-shaped, insole fabric sewing can be adjusted more accurately so that shoe upper doesn t get off the center line.
- Custom-made last mould offers the highest accuracy.
- Purposed model of cooling & heating or double cooling & heating are adapted to the requirement of producing.
